📺 Good Morning!
Apparently, September 10th. was a pretty good day for television.
On this day in 1955, Gunsmoke made its TV debut. Nearly 30 years later, in 1984, Alex Trebek began giving us the answers — while contestants supplied the questions — when the syndicated version of Jeopardy! premiered.
And just in case that's not enough TV nostalgia for one morning, today is also National TV Dinner Day. 🍽️
So tonight you could heat up a TV dinner, turn on an old episode of Gunsmoke and finish the evening with Jeopardy!
We'll take “A Pretty Good Thursday” for $500, Alex. 😄
Have a great Thursday!

Stop Layering Serums. Start Drinking Your Skincare.
As the weather cools, skin often gets drier, duller, and tighter — no matter how many serums you layer on. That's because real hydration starts from within.
Pique's Radiant Skin Duo pairs two formulas that work from the inside out. B·T Fountain is a beauty electrolyte with clinically studied ceramides and ultra-low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Sun Goddess Matcha brings EGCG antioxidants that protect collagen and calm the stress that shows up as dullness and puffiness.
Skip the five-step routine: plumper, more even-toned skin in weeks is what keeps customers coming back every fall. This bundle sells out fast — once it's gone, it's gone until next year.
Lock in 20% off for life now, backed by Pique's 90-day guarantee. Shop the Radiant Skin Duo before it's gone.

Major Port 99 Expansion Moving
Forward in Baytown
A major expansion of the Port 99 industrial development is moving forward in Baytown, with plans for three new warehouse and distribution buildings totaling nearly 1.35 million square feet.
Port 99 Phase II will be developed by Provident Realty Advisors on approximately 92 acres along FM 2354. Northmarq recently arranged $102 million in financing and equity for the project, which has an estimated total cost of about $124 million.
The new buildings are designed for logistics, distribution and manufacturing operations serving the Port of Houston and the region. Plans also include additional trailer parking to accommodate regional and national distribution needs.
This is the second phase of Port 99. With Phase II, the development will total more than 2.6 million square feet of industrial space across the two phases.

Ever Wanted to Learn to Sew?
Baytown Class Can Get You Started
Have a sewing machine but aren't quite sure what to do with it? Or maybe you'd love to learn how to make something you can actually wear.
Baytown Parks and Recreation is offering two ‘Learn to Sew with Leslie’ classes in October for beginner to intermediate sewers. Participants will complete a different project in each class while learning basic sewing techniques, working with patterns and building skills and confidence along the way.
Classes are scheduled for October 6th and October 27th, with the second class giving participants the chance to learn construction techniques while making a skirt.
The cost is $35 per class, and participants will need to bring their own sewing machine and a few basic supplies. A materials list will be provided before class.
🪡 No advanced sewing experience is required.
