Why Overseas Producers Can't Undercut Atlas Salt, Even for Free
Cities are already running short on road salt, and winter hasn't even started. Some supply bids are going unanswered, prices have nearly doubled in parts of the market, and the backup plan is two weeks away by boat. Here's why Atlas Salt (TSXV: SALT | OTCQX: SALQF) can get salt to the people who need it most, faster and cheaper than anyone shipping from overseas:
• Three days by ship to Boston, not fourteen
• Shallow deposit that's cheaper and faster to mine
• Projected C$188M a year in free cash flow
• Export Development Canada interested in lending C$150M
• Early supply deal with top U.S. salt distributor

Target Hair Thinning Where it Begins—at the Cellular Level
There are many products for hair thinning on the market, but they don’t all deliver on their claims. OneSkin’s OS-01 HAIR SCALP SERUM is the only peptide-powered scalp formula scientifically proven to target cellular senescence, a leading driver of age-related thinning, for thicker hair over time.

HomeGoods, Dick's Sporting Goods
& More Now Open at San Jacinto
Marketplace — More Coming Soon
More stores are opening their doors at San Jacinto Marketplace in Baytown, and there's plenty of progress to report!
HomeGoods, DICK'S Sporting Goods, and Burlington are now open, joining Ross Dress for Less and Five Below, whose openings we reported in an earlier edition.
Havertys Furniture isn't open just yet, but it looks like opening day may be getting closer. During our visit Monday, the lights were on inside, and signage indicated the store was opening soon.
Sam's Club remains under construction, with fencing still surrounding the property. The fuel center may open ahead of the main store, which was previously projected to open in February 2027.
Meanwhile, Golden Corral has installed a large, elevated roadside sign announcing its future location near Saltgrass Steak House. The new sign is a noticeable change from the smaller temporary sign previously displayed at the site.
We stopped by Monday to capture the latest progress, so take a look at our photos to see what's new at San Jacinto Marketplace!
