Logistics Company Leases 428,000-Square-Foot Baytown Facility
Gulf Coast Crating Inc., a packing and distribution company, has leased an entire 428,000-square-foot industrial building at the Baytown 146 development.
The facility is part of a two-building industrial development near FM 1405 and State Highway 146 totaling approximately 749,000 square feet.
The neighboring 321,000-square-foot building was previously leased by East Coast Warehouse & Distribution, which announced plans to invest $57.5 million and establish its first Texas operation there.
Gulf Coast Crating and its subsidiary, XLR8 Delivery, provide packing, crating, warehousing and transportation services and have operations in several major markets.

New Shoreline Grill Opens at
Angel Lagoon in Dayton
There's a new place to eat in Dayton — and you don't have to spend the day at the lagoon to enjoy it.
Shoreline Grill is now open at Angel Lagoon, offering an open-air, lagoonside restaurant serving lunch, dinner and happy hour. The menu includes shareable dishes, burgers and other casual fare, and the adjacent Palapa Bar is also open.
Best of all for those who just want to stop by for a meal, admission to Angel Lagoon is not required to dine at Shoreline Grill.
The restaurant is the latest addition to the 40-acre Angel Lagoon entertainment destination at River Ranch in Dayton.
