👽☀️ Good morning, and happy Thursday!

Today is World UFO Day 🛸, so if you happen to spot something unusual in the sky, it might just be a cloud... or someone launching their holiday fireworks a little early! 😄 Either way, keep your eyes open, enjoy the fun, and remember that the only thing we can officially confirm this morning is that another great day is waiting for us.

Have a fantastic Thursday, and thanks for starting your day with us. We hope it's out of this world! 🚀✨

And if you're planning a sale of your own, be sure to submit your info by Tuesday at 5 PM to be included in this week’s issue!

Friendly Note: Garage and Estate sales are as unpredictable as the Texas weather—sometimes they pop up, sometimes they blow away! 🌦️ Hosts may change times, addresses, or even cancel altogether. We just share the info; the rest is part of the treasure-hunting adventure. 🛍️
Be sure to check the list on both Thursday and Friday — sometimes we receive new submissions after Thursday’s edition has already gone out.

📌 Looks like everyone decided to take the holiday weekend off! We couldn't find any garage or estate sales to share this week, so maybe folks are trading price tags for barbecue, fireworks and a little extra relaxation. We'll be back on the lookout for sales next week!
