Massive 701-Acre Technology and Manufacturing Campus
Planned Near Baytown
A massive development underway in Liberty County is aiming to bring manufacturing, artificial intelligence, energy production, logistics, and research facilities together on a single 701-acre campus.
Known as the Liberty American Multi-Sourced Power and Innovation Hub (LAMP), the project is being developed by BaRupOn in Liberty County. According to the company, the campus is designed to support advanced manufacturing, robotics, AI computing, and other technology-focused industries while generating much of its own power on-site.
Supporters say the project could help attract new businesses and jobs to the region. The first phase is currently under development, with additional expansion planned in the coming years.
