ā TRAFFIC ALERT: Bob Smith Road Reconstruction Projectā
Starting Thur. June 12th, Public Works will begin reconstruction of Bob Smith Road from the Railroad crossing near Newcastle Drive to Walker Road. This project is expected to be completed by mid-July 2025, weather permitting.
Important Traffic Changes:
1. A portion of Bob Smith Road will be converted to one-way traffic for the duration of the project
2. Local resident access will be maintained throughout construction
Please plan alternate routes and expect delays in this area. We appreciate your patience during these necessary road improvements.

Burglary of a Building- Case #2025-27102
On Saturday May 31st. at approx. 1:28 am officers responded to a Burglary of a Building at the Smokers Outlet located at 706-unit #1 N. Alexander, Baytown. Three suspects gained entry by shattering the west side window of the business. The suspects stole money and several vapes. The business reported a total loss of $3,700.00. Baytown Crime Stoppers will offer a cash reward up to $2,000.00 for the identity and arrest of the suspect(s) involved in this Burglary of a Building case.
